1. Booking Policy

1.1  Once you have followed the booking method, your booking details will duly be recorded and shall reflect on your user profile accordingly. This shall be a confirmation that your lesson is appropriately booked.

1.2 The student must book a lesson 12 hours before the stipulated lesson time through the method provided on the platform. This is subject to the availability of tutors for the chosen time.

1.3 The student may cancel a booked lesson up to 12 hours before the booked time using the method provided on the platform; failure to adhere to the stipulated time will result in the user forfeiting his/her eligibility to get a refund or compensation.

1.4 The student must cancel the booked class directly. Upon cancellation, they can use the returned time to reschedule a class at a different time. Additionally, if the current tutor is not satisfactory, the student can book a class with another tutor.

1.5 However, if a student wishes to switch to a different tutor, student may use the tutor replacement option on the platform. The request is subject to tutor’s approval before the change is confirmed.

1.6 Hanatutor has the right to cancel any lesson if a tutor is unable to attend the lesson based on reasonable circumstances. We will be liable to assist the student book another class and to pay a refund should this be required.

1.7 The student can make a reservation according to their desired date and time by selecting a tutor from the tutor profile, and a package purchase is required to complete the reservation.
